Invoicing Policy
Once the project/proposal is agreed upon, the multimedia project fee is split between two billings and is payable as follows:
- 50% invoiced upon project approval and in advance of multimedia creation
- 50% invoiced upon completion and transfer of files to the client
Please Note: If a monthly service contract is arranged, the full contract fee is due on the 15th or 30th of each calendar month.
We accept cash, cheque, email transfer or payment online via PayPal, credit card via Square.
